Nose : The nose is  sweet , with  aromas  ranging from vanilla to  crunchy  with a  liquorice base .

Color :  It has an elegant  pale amber color  of  great transparency .

Palate :Strong on the palate, with delicate pungency, well balanced in the emotions and with a  return of cooked plum  that blends into a  dry and citrus finish  of orange peel.

Description : Vecchia Romagna Classica derives from the  selection of the best grapes , from  distillation  with a  continuous method  and from aging  in fine oak barrels. This combination allows you to obtain a brandy with a fresh and delicate flavour.
